have to offer. East Bay Bed & Breakfast is one block from Jamestown Village with its
award−winning shops and restaurants and a 1/2 block from East Ferry Wharf with
ferry boats (May through September)
to take you to various stops in
Newport and Narragansett Bay. If you prefer to drive, we are only a 10 minute drive over the Newport
Bridge to downtown Newport.
We offer a relaxed but elegant experience that will make your stay at East Bay Bed & Breakfast a visit
to remember. Your innkeepers, Greg & Donna Olney Kohler, are here to make your stay enjoyable.
They purchased East Bay Bed & Breakfast in December 2003 and have put their home through extensive
updates and renovations. You will find antiques throughout the home, as well as modern conveniences such
as wireless internet, satellite television with DVD/CD player, and air conditioning (summer
season) in each guest room.
All rooms have been redecorated since 2004, with each offering a queen size bed, private bath
with shower, quality linens and bedding, and oriental or needlepoint rugs.

Your stay includes homemade breakfast served in our
Dining Room from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Donna graduated from the
Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and worked at
Dessert Works Bakery & Cafe and the
Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston, MA. Greg is an excellent “chef” in his own right. They
bring their love of fine pastry and culinary skills for you to savor each morning as they prepare
treats such as apple cinnamon french toast, quiches of all varieties, and pancakes with fresh fruit.

accommodate your requests.
We take great pride in creating a memorable experience and running a licensed bed &
breakfast. Because of our commitment to the best possible experience for our clients, when we are
