East Bay Bed & Breakfast offers a variety of promotions and packages throughout the year. Our packages require reservations and minimum stays apply in season and holidays. Packages may not be combined with other East Bay Bed & Breakfast promotions, offers, specials, discounts or packages and gift certificates may not be used where indicated. Rates do not include taxes, unless indicated.
Our package prices are not reflected in our online reservation service. You may check availability & make reservations online or call 1.800.243.1107 to make a reservation. Please note that some specials do require reservations be booked online. If you make your reservation online, please tell us in the “notes” section which package you are purchasing.
Packages are subject to change so we encourage you to make your reservation online or contact us at 1.800.243.1107 when you find a package that meets your interests. We honor packages that are posted at the time a reservation is made. Please note that certain packages require online reservations.
Weddings & Special Events Package
East Bay Bed & Breakfast is the perfect location for hosting friends & family for your wedding, special event, family reunion or weekend getaway. Reserve all four of our Guest Rooms and receive a reduced rate based on your length of stay. Visit our Events page for complete details.
Return Guest Discount
Guests who have previously stayed at the inn receive 10% off the listed daily rate.Discount applies to the listed daily rate and not to our packages, specials, “add ons” (dinner certificates, gift baskets, etc.) or gift certificate purchases. Often our specials and packages are more than 10% off the listed daily rate and we honor whichever is the greater discount.
Stash Tea's Free Night at a Bed & Breakfast
Valid through May 31, 2011 for check in Sunday through Wednesday, excluding holidays, and reservations are required. Not valid in July or August. You have your choice of the Lighthouse or East Ferry Room. The Bayside or Narragansett Room may be reserved with a minimum 3−night stay
You must notify the innkeeper of your Stash Tea B&B certificate when making your reservation. Certificate must be presented upon check in to be applied towards your stay. We are unable to honor certificates if not notified upon booking or if certificate is not turned in at check in. We reserve the right to limit the choice of rooms available as well as change your reservation to a comparable room to allow us to accommodate other guests.
We are required to collect 13% tax for all nights, including the free night. For a 2-night stay with the Stash Tea coupon, your deposit will be the one night charge plus taxes for both nights (payment in full). Your free night is the lower rate if there is a difference in the advertised daily rates. Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice are non-refundable.
I Love Inns Free Night at a Bed & Breakfast
Valid October through April, excluding holidays, and reservations are required. You have your choice of the Lighthouse or East Ferry Room. The Bayside or Narragansett Room may be reserved with a minimum 3 night stay.

Military Discount & Per Diem Rates
We truly appreciate what our military does each and every day to protect our freedoms and are deeply indebted to them. Because of that, we extend a 10% discount off our regular room rates to all United States military men and women. Simply tell us you are military personnel when making a reservation and bring your military ID for check in to receive the discount. We are unable to honor the military discount if your military ID is not presented at check in (but we know you always have it with you!). The military discount cannot be applied towards packages or gift certificate purchases.
We do accept the military pier diem rate with a minimum 2−night stay when less than our advertised rates (usually in season). Per diem rates cannot be combined with the 10% discount or other East Bay Bed & Breakfast special offers. We will honor whichever rate is better. Please have a copy of your tax exempt certificate. We are required to collect 13% tax if you do not have a tax exempt certificate with you.
Corporate Rate
We would be happy to work with your company to provide a corporate rate program for your employees and colleagues traveling to the area for business purposes. We also accept tax exempt certificates from eligible businesses. Please contact us at 1.800.243.1107 to discuss a program suitable for your company.
