East Bay Bed & Breakfast Guest Rooms

East Bay Bed & Breakfast is open year−round & offers four guest rooms, each with:

Bayside Room

The Bayside Room is an elegant retreat bathed in sunlight. Decorated in golden yellows and warm reds, the room is located at the front of the house with a side view toward the harbor. Bayside room, bathroom The large private bath offers a heated tile floor for your comfort.

This is our largest room and includes a twin-size pull out chair to accommodate a third guest. There is an additional charge of $30/night.


This room typically requires a 2− to 3−night minimum on weekends, May through Columbus Day, and a 2−night stay midweek in July & August. One night stays in season (either midweek or on weekends) are offered based on availability.

 

Our Narragansett Room continues to be our most popular choice. Decorated in soft blues and earth tones, this bright and airy room features a king sized bed and is one of our largest rooms. In front of the triple windows, two comfortable armchairs invite you to curl up and relax with a good book and a cup of hot tea.

In the winter, (Nov.- Mar.) this room features an electric fireplace, creating a relaxed, romantic mood for your enjoyment.

picture of lighthouse room Inspired by Rhode Island’s historic lighthouses, our Lighthouse Room (formally the East Ferry Room) is decorated in Wedgewood blue with white and cream accents. This cozy room for two features antique oak furniture and a comfortable Queen Anne chair.

This room has a 2−night requirement on weekends, May through Columbus Day. Holiday & event weekends are a 3−night stay.
 

The East Ferry Room, (formally the Lighthouse Room) welcomes you with hues of serene sage and soft cream. Tastefully furnished with antiques, this room evokes elegance, warmth and comfort.

Rates are based on 2 adults (there are no discounts for singles). Select rooms can accommodate a third person by prior arrangement for an additional charge of $30/night. For groups traveling with more than 3 people, a second room is required.

Children over 12 are welcome anytime. The innkeeper’s quarters are located on the 3rd floor.
