Rates
The following rates are based on reservation of all 4 of our guest rooms which can
accommodate up to 10 adults. Reservations for 1 to 3 rooms are at the
listed
daily rates. There are no additional discounts for singles.

And while you are with us, here are some options to customize your stay:
Jewelry Making with Wine & Cheese Party
Have a private jewelry making party at The Purple Door Bead Shop just around the corner
from us. Make a bracelet, necklace or earrings using glass beads and supplies provided
for you. You’ll have 2 hours to make whatever you want and the shop is
“open” just to you for your shopping pleasure. This is not a class but a
jewelry designer is on−site to answer questions and help put your creations
together.
While you are “beading”, enjoy a wine & cheese party.
Cost is $25
per person. Sessions are held from 5−7 pm and cannot be held on Saturdays.
We need a minimum of 4 people (maximum 8) and 2 weeks notice to schedule this event
on your behalf.
Cost will be included in your balance due to East Bay Bed & Breakfast.
Spa Package
Receive your choice of a facial or massage at Ocean Essence Spa in Jamestown.
Cost
is $85 per person. Or you may apply your $85 towards another service if you
prefer. Give us your preference for date and time (and what service you would like),
and we will take care of making
appointments. This is a smaller spa and can accommodate 2 guests at a time. The more
advanced notice you give us, the more scheduling choices you will have.
Guests are
responsible for making payment directly to Ocean Essence Spa.
Additional Services
Let us know what you are interested in, and we will do our best to
coordinate activities for you − whether it’s dinner reservations, mansion
tickets, ferry passes, whatever you might like.
*Reservations for the following Peak Season weekends require a minimum 4−night
stay for the discount − Memorial Day, July 4th (check−in June 30−July 4),
first weekend in August (Folk Festival), Labor Day & Fall Boat Show (2nd or 3rd weekend in
September, depending on year).
**The following Winter weekends have a 3−night minimum for the discount −
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s & President’s Day.
If you do not need the minimum number of nights required for the events pricing, you can still
reserve rooms. The rate will be the daily rate, as listed in our
online reservation
system. Please note that there is 2−night minimum on most weekends throughout the
year, and select rooms have a 3−night minimum in peak season.
With our Girlfriends Getaway package, you receive:
- 4 guest rooms each with queen size accommodations & private bath
- accommodations for up to 10 guests. Our Bayside Suite & Lighthouse
Room can
accommodate a 3rd guest with a twin−size roll−away.

- later check−out of 12 noon
- later or earlier breakfast based on your event schedule
A deposit of $300 ($500 for High & Peak Seasons) is required to confirm your
reservation and guarantee the discounted rate. Your deposit will be applied
towards payment with the balance due upon guest arrival. The balance may be split up
among the rooms/guests or charged to one card (whichever you prefer).
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or check (US bank only).
Regardless of how deposit is made, a credit card is required for our records
to be used for any outstanding charges upon check−out. There is a $25
charge for returned checks and the credit card on file will be
used to charge the return check fee as well as your balance.
Events cancelled with 8 weeks notice from scheduled date of guest arrival receive a full refund.
Cancellations done with more than 4 weeks, but less than 8 weeks notice, have their choice of a refund
minus a $100 cancellation fee. For our events package, there are no refunds for cancellations done with
less than 30 days notice prior to scheduled guest arrival. You must speak directly with one of the
innkeepers for a cancellation to be processed.
In the event of “no shows”, early departures, or cancellation of individual rooms
(with less than 7 days notice), your party is responsible for the full balance of those
rooms and it will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rooms reduced to less than the minimum nights required will be
charged the minimum night requirement (if there is a 3−night requirement, but the stay is
reduced to 2 nights,
the charge will be for 3 nights).

- Gift certificates for complimentary nights or merchandise credits may not be applied towards your
deposit or as payment for rooms.
- There are no additional discounts given for single accommodations.
- There are no additional discounts given if your guests do not want breakfast service included.
